Infectious Disease: HIV/AIDS 1 CE
In this course we cover various modes of transmission, infection control procedures, clinical management, and prevention of HIV and AIDS as well as its impact on testing, confidentiality of test results and treatment. This continuing education course also covers information with regard to universal precautions for healthcare workers and implications for the massage therapist.
Infectious Disease: Hepatitis 2 CE
This 2 part course covers the, etiology and pathophysiology of hepatitis, as well as the differences between the 5 viral hepatitis types, their associated symptoms, modes of transmission, preventive measures, treatments and risks. Also covered are common misconceptions, conventional therapeutic options and alternative treatments for viral hepatitis.
